Anyway, its common for airlines to never acknowledge their mistake. If they did apologize, it’ll lead to other customers abusing them. Hold the line!

What you should do is take them to the consumer tribunal. Sumbit all proofs. No need lawyer one, you represent yourself.

Also, Firefly has the same SMS announcement system as Airasia. When you buy their tickets online, you are required to put in a handphone number so they can contact you in case of delays.

If you had purchased your air tickets with credit card, check with your card provider. Some credit card companies have travel insurance. They provide coverage if the flight is delayed.

b) complicated. there is someone who is boh song of firefly too or rather boh song that particular “he” and thus purposely put on that email address and flame blindly with a few comments, which so you can trace back (after notice google queen jammie existence) and leading you to write this post. (which self-explain one of the comment he/she shared the same bad experience as yours! Right, Vivi?)

normally flaming ppl will extra care on such thing about email address especially such lousy ppl!

IP address and real names would not be sufficient to nail them but I sure hope those fellas who commented at your blog did not represent their company in any way. They’d be in for trouble if they did so.

The worrying thought is that I already booked a round-trip flight with them for a very important professional certificate examination in KL in September.

(wonder if their CEO would come and officially make a statement, just like I know Datuk Tony would )

Apparently its not good to have the name ‘fire’ in company names, according to Chinese belief.

Already cheated people’s money, and not try to cover it. So irresponsible, if I’m one of the customers, I will make them pay or else goodbye firefly, their beloved company go disappear.
