We went to the airport after that where the drama of us against firefly continued..jeng jeng jeng
#19 very grumpy cause have to wait so long! 6 hours!

You know how we spent that 6 hours?? First we ate. a lot. Then, we wanted to burn all that fats away and started racing with trolleys. Then we started playing with bugs outside the airport. Played with trolleys a little longer, tried to see who can sit on the trolley and move at the same time, played some card games blabla and what?? another 4 hours?! hate waiting >=(

sorry to burst the happy bubble but there are so many disturbing/upsetting news these days I’m going crazy.
News 1:
My good friend’s family got into a very bad accident yesterday and his mother passed away last night. His brother and father are still in the ICU and I don’t know how they are doing now. He wasn’t with them when this happened but I can’t imagine how he feels right now. Sigh I wish I can say something to make him feel better but I don’t think anything will.
We’ve been friends since we were 13 and I was pretty close to his family too. His mother was a nurse and she would give me medicine whenever I got sick. I would always go to his house and read his Slamdunk comics before heading out to play basketball with him every single evening. His mother would lecture him for playing everyday and not studying and would ask me to make him study T_______T omg I can’t believe she’s gone.
I was close to his father and brother too. They are Muslims and his dad would give me money if I fasted with them too during Ramadhan. I watched his brother grow up (he was 2 and now he is 9). I just really wish this didn’t happen to them.
It feels so different when people you know are actually involved in an accident. You read the news everyday, read about people dying, and you get upset for a bit but you never remember to cherish those close to you as much as you told yourself you would. Sigh this really sucks.
News 2:
Heard of this news? This crazy Hannibal Lecter guy was on the bus in Canada when he suddenly just stabbed the guy who was sleeping peacefully next to him. a lot of times. They stopped the bus, everyone went down and people tried to stop him. He beheaded the poor innocent guy and brought his head down to show everyone. He then CUT HIM INTO PIECES AND ATE HIM.
WTF?………………………..
Today, this Greek guy beheaded his girlfriend and her dog after a fight and went around the village showcasing her head…
What is wrong with these people! T__T

you’re right, we wouldn’t know how he feels right now, and nothing we do can make things better, no words can. but i think small gestures helps and hope is important. as cheesy as that sounded lah. i hope he’s family will be ok.

it is true that we all see people dying each day, feeling a little sad but when we turn our head, we forget about it. I had one of my friend (not really close one) died in an accident two years ago. I was shocked, really shocked and scared. I did learn to appreciate my family more But as the whole incident dies down, I was like who I was before it happened, I sometimes get angry over small ridiculous things and be such a pain in the ass.
and seriously, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD LA?
