You are one of the most, if not the most down-to-earth blogger i have come across so far. And then there is Serene Liew, announcing to the whole web community, ‘woohoo, look at my bata running shoes that i’ve just bought. damn cheap & looks good on me too while i chase after tennis balls or whatever balls wtf’. A truly refreshing quality.

2. your grape-like boobies is compensated by the fact you have a kick-ass booty. (reference to an older post)

3. I find it absolutely 100%-ly ok with you or kennysia or any other blogger doing advertorials. Money maketh the world go round and who can fault any of you to try to make as much of it as possible. If david beckham/michael jordan/mawi appears in every other commercial/billboard you don’t see haters crucifying them just because of that. You use what you have in life. if you’re goodlooking, go and become a model for a living. If you are skilled in music, go become a piano teacher. if you are a famous blogger, go place an ad every now and then to generate extra income. I for one, am not perturbed.

the issue is not that i dont enjoy doing it, it’s just how much things have changed because of it. not necessarily for the worse. yeah u’re right, why bother about trolls? of course i can say this as well cause i don’t get flamed as often as a lot of more popular bloggers but i can imagine how hard it is. judging from the number of times i was flamed, it’s just very disappointing when things i say are easily twisted beyond means to reflect back upon me. aiya how to say ah. like it’s not easy to tell myself to not get affected u know when it concerns me and my wellbeing and the people around me and being falsely accused and all tht.
actually your examples are two extremes so i guess the best i can do is find the middle point and balance in all this and i’ll be fine, right?
