1. Grades are out! I did pretty well this semester so to celebrate, I dropped my Jterm class wtf. Jterm is a short semester in January when people can choose to do whatever they want. You can either come back to campus and take a class that counts to your overall GPA, or take a non-credit fun class or not come back and just do whatever you want at home.
I really wanted to go back to Malaysia cause then I can celebrate CNY!!!! I LOVE CNY surprisingly NOT because of the money cause I don’t get that much anyway but cause of the foooooood! Oh glorious CNY food we have to be parted again this year. But fear not for I have extorted the best cornflake cookies recipe from my cousin and I shall attempt to bake that tomorrow! It’ll be my first time ever baking so wish me luck!
So back to me dropping my jterm class. I took a public speaking class cause god knows i need that more than ever now but it’s a pretty intense class and I need to spend more time with Barry before he leaves for Germany..
Spending time with boyfriend or learning a skill I really need? Shh don’t tell me the obvious answer cause I’ve already decided…with my heart..aww wtf
After he leaves next week, I will then have 2 whole weeks to do anything I want!! THE SIMS 2 AND GEM OF LIFE (and other tvb dramas, recommendation?), here i come!!!!!!!!
2. Random pictures:
Free makeup from Everyday Minerals! I just found out that they give out free samples online. All you have to do is pay for the shipping (which is like $3?) and you get 5 tubs of concealer, foundation and blush! I got the brush for $10 
I think they only ship to the US though..
Christmas gift from Giang: A NEW CAMERA!!! woot! A guy gave it to her and since she just bought a new camera anyway which is better than this one, she gave it to me! Haha and it’s pink! Strangely most of my things are pink now although I’m not a hugeee fan of pink stuff. But, not complaining. Anything free is good! Thanks Giang!
New shoes! again! Nine west oxford/tennis looking shoes for $15 muahaha. I’ve been looking for something androgynous looking like this

4. Actually wow I did spend a lot this winter break BUT I shall refrain from counting how much I spent. All I know is I got 3 pairs of new shoes and 2 bags and I really like them! so there! But I shall keep the tags attached and receipts ..just in case if I wanna return them.

you shud really take the 2nd photo for header though it might be lack of quality, the photo is realy nice haha

Emm….how about go and take the pic 3 with standing and first pic background? The first pic, you looked gloomy, dont know why. Should pretend to hold a book or what..

EM is so good..i have 2 sample tubs of foundation.use it for months never finish.haha.. mix it with powder so can last long..

It makes u feel “ah..the weather is very cool, i wanna be there too”, and even though can’t see your face, but i like the feeling cause i can see the direction at which you were looking to (or rather, your head’s direction)..makes me feel “keep on walking, great things awaiting ahead”
and the 1st one….despite sharper, the two big trees in front weirdly captured my attention more than the rest of the things inside..they look scary..

I dunno why but Pic 1 reminds me of an old granpa sitting there smoking a pipe whereas Pic 2 reminds me of a snow angel… haha.
i recommend “Off Pedder”..It’s a sitcom about a magazine publisher, the storyline not so serious as “Gem of Life”. but it’s too long, it will span over a year…
oh tvb drama! there’s this one called “sweetness in the salt” not sure if it’s new but it’s on AOD Preview. i really really like the main characters. but if you watch it and if it’s not nice then don’t blame me xD

oh EDM… *rolls up sleeves to write long comment* quite a big fan of this brand, but donno whether I want to continue buying from them since it’s hard to get the products. I think they ship to SG though. Anyway, the free samples are alright la… the sizes a bit too small to be gleeful over though. I was lucky because I managed to get the correct shade thru guesstimating.
The best part about EDM (to me) are the eyeshadows… super nice range of sparkly shades. Too bad the free sampler tak ada otherwise I sure sapu one. 
fave foundation formula is semi-matte. The original glo wan looks nice when I was in US though because the weather was cooler. Original glo + Malaysian Weather = looks oily. 2 jars of foundations (the full size wan) can last me about 1.5 years. Oh I have the same baby kabuki brush too! Super good quality, kan?
anyway what are your thoughts on the product so far?

I’m taking Public Speaking class too (for coming Spring semester) although I’ve taken one in Taylor’s (for like 4 months or so). And how come you’ll be able to travel home in the Spring (for CNY)? Darn, I’ve missed 3-years CNY! Coming one, too.
The pictures … I would suggest the 1st one, because of the pokok (the composition looks better); while the second one has more white-snowy part at the bottom … thus not so interesting
