What I did all weekend
So, as you all know, I’m now back in Malaysia! *repeats for the hundredth time
The first thing I did was I went out with my friends for Sell Out’s screening in Taylor’s, ate wan tan mee at Asia Cafe and then kept pestering them to send me back at 9pm cause I was dead sleepy (didn’t sleep in the plane ok T_T). I didn’t even take any pictures cause damn sleepy.
Then, met up with Aud and Jammie! Aud already posted these pictures but here they are anyway. Now that I’m back, you’re gonna see lots of similar pictures in our blogs!
Tim had some masks in his car so I wore it cause I’m a kindhearted soul who doesn’t wanna infect people with my nonexistent flu.
Went to Pavilion for lunch with Kenny! Suddenly felt very sleepy during lunch so I spent all my energy trying to stay awake and had no energy left to concentrate on what Tim, Kenny and Aud were saying T__T Some serious adult stuff I think wtf
With Tim whose hair is a lot better now. Look at us 2 years ago before I left for the US:
omg tim’s hair was damn ugly ok. tim you’re a lot slimmer already! My face looks weird and I look thinner here than now wtf (it was the angle!!)
Met Jammie for a girls’ day out in Bangsar! Awww isn’t this the sweetest picture ever! Look at how the photographer cleverly positioned the two subjects between the soft light from outside, and how they’re so perfectly aligned that the subjects look like they were glowing wtf
While waiting for Aud who was trying on some clothes. If you squint, you can see her changing behind the curtains wtf
At night, it was my…let’s see..my grandmother’s half brother’s wife’s 80th birthday.
I didn’t wanna go cause I don’t even know who that person is! But as usual, my mom whipped out the “if you don’t go then you’ll never meet them!” excuse so ok lah..free dinner anyway.

My cousin went up to sing cause she has an amazingggg voice. Haih we are related by blood but why can’t I sing too T_T
On Sunday, I spent the whole afternoon listening to my mom entailing the drama in her life wtf. Then, we went to our apartment’s election. Don’t play play ok, apartment also got committee, election campaigns and elections.
Spent the rest of the day with the Oois and the Tiah wtf. Tim and I are in this very serious competition to win the affections of Aunty and Uncle Ooi. Aunty aka Barry’s and Aud’s mom asked us if we wanted to drink green bean soup and I went “aunty I help you!!!” and nudged Tim and said “eh you wanna suck up or not, you want then follow me” wtf
Then we went and helped her and stupid barry and aud high-fived cause now we’re doing all the chores for them T_T So weird, now my ex boss is my bro in law wtf. But! this means now I can bully him nyehehe

ahhh you and your siblings look so alike!! I looked a lot like my sister – photostate, that is. and when I’m in school, a lot of the teachers who taught me called me my sis’ name. There’s this one particular teacher who taught me for two years, and NEVER did once address me by my name BUT my sisters! Even after me saying that is my sister’s name a gazillion times!

Hi! nice to see your pictures. The happiness seems to be embossed all over your pictures, the whale of comments that you’ve recieved for the same! I’ve heard a lot about Malaysia and Singapore. Travelling to the far-East has been on my agenda for quite some time now, but after seeing your pictures and reading your descriptions, I can almost graphically picture the exotic locales, et all.
Infact, I’m myself planning a trip to Singapore for a nice, longish holiday. I’m guessing the Far East is the best and most relaxing option, location-wise and pocket-wise too!:)
How about the Great Singapore Sale-2009. I just happened to tell a few of my colleagues about the trip the other day in office and they all went gaga over it. All of them have drawn up lists and lists of items which I’m supposed to be ‘picking up’ for them! “Though I wish ‘picking up’ stuff were that easy on the wallet too,” I exclaimed in complete disdain! “With the Great Singapore Sale on, it definitely is,” they all said in chorus. I kept wondering how, and they gave me all the details of how much sale is going on there and the heavy discounts on apparel, accessories, bags, fragrances, tech toys etc….;)
I just hope I come back looking as chic as you are looking in these pictures! It’s just two more days to go1 Yayyee…I’m finally going on a long-awaited holiday…a ‘Uniquely Singapore’ experience! Can’t wait any longer
