Diet fail
So…
My diet has failed..even before it started wtf
The dramatic part of the story is like this. On Tuesday, I woke up extra early and was filled with determination to make my breakfast and lunch. I gathered up all the fruits and vegetable at home and started blending away. Found some celery, salad leaves, carrots, apples, and bananas.
I blended everything, added some milk and protein powder so I won’t starve to death and made like 1.5 litre of vege/fruit shake. Drank half of it for breakfast. So far so good!
Brought the remaining to work and left it in the fridge. 12pm came and I was starving so I took my super healthy vege/fruit shake out. To my utmost dismay, my drink had turned into some..solid..shit.
Undeterred, I got a spoon to scoop this..porridge substance out and started eating it.
And almost vomited..
So, I gave up and went out to get chap fan instead (rice with dishes) wtf
Diet FAIL T____T
The next day, I woke up and completely forgot all about my diet plans and ate like normal.
Until today, 3 days later wtf.
That’s the dramatic part of the story. The unexaggerated part is I just didn’t have the willpower to go on a diet T_T How can you possibly ask someone who lives to eat to go on a diet?? Besides, I don’t eat a lot and I don’t snack that much too so if I were to go on a diet, that’s like asking me to not eat and die ok
Ok for realz now, gonna start exercising tomorrow! Oops going out tomorrow so ok! day after tomorrow! I actually have a swimming pool right under my house (I live in an apartment) but the last time I went swimming was…3 years ago wtf
p.s: can’t take/ post pictures cause I misplaced my camera’s battery charger wuwu
p.p.s: can’t blog about anything interesting cause my life is so dull you don’t even know it AND I look like shit now. My hair has two distinct colors cause my black roots is now near my neck and I don’t wanna waste money on going to a hair salon. Haven’t cut my hair since I left for the states last August wtf

i’m still fat now, don’t really feel like qualified to give tips, but i lost 8kgs over the half year. really slow leh! but hor, maybe it works better for you. i eat five meals a day, bt all small meals. like really small meals! XD no exercise sure slow wan. lazy larh! hehehe…
and about hair, I think black hair is really really nice. and once i didn’t cut my hair for a year. =.= you’re almost there sweat!

Exercise is the best…you don’t really need to go on a diet but ensure you eat the healthier food. And do exercises every know and then…either skipping, swimming or jogging…you will feel the difference after 2 weeks

i go through the exact same problem. i cant seem to diet cause i just love food too much. soo in my attempt to not grow fat (cause losing it just seems impossible), everytime i eat, i try not to finish my food. i leave just a little a side for Mr Manners (i dont really get the significance of this line but my friend used to say it alot). but i dont think its working very well… i guess exercise is the only option then
just go buy rm20 diy hair dye for urgent use la!
Indeed! DIY quite cheap and if you are really good at it..it can look as though it was done professionally. LOL..
Btw….Diets are meant to fail. According to statistics, majority will fail. DOnt feel too bad! you are just one of the majority. and So am I!

same here..always wanted to diet but never success coz I just love to eat T_T but u dont need to diet la…u look just nice seriously! no matter how, if u wanna diet, dun ever skip meal, cause u will get skinnier very fast, but oso get back fat very fast…

my diet failed as well!! n i dont think eat lesser wil really helps cz gals usually dont eat much…i dont know hows ur work…but my work need me to sit down the whole day long! oh my u can imagine how my muscle gone n fly away from me …sobbbb gonna start gym now too! gampateh nehxx! maybe exercise would help more! haha
Buy DIY hair dye! They cost only RM20 or so. Last time my roots were showing and then my hair quite long, so like you, I didn’t want to waste Rm100++ just to redye it again. But my only mistake is that I did it myself cos hell it was hard and my hands were aching by the time I did the back of my hair T__T It did look okay though but I think I didn’t get to do every single inch of my hair. So ask someone to help you out rather than doing it yourself =) And you’ll save lots and lots of money~!

hmmm…you could try applying something called the ‘SAME’ model..
S stands for specific, A for attainable, M for measurable and E for enjoyable..
be specific of how you plan to diet… for example, write a list of diet meals you plan to have in the next week…plan ahead… as for exercise how long and how often do you plan to exercise? what form of exercise? be very specific of what you plan to do
then how much weight do you plan to lose in a week? 1kg? 2kg? can this target be achieved? choose a reasonable and realistic target…
weight is easily measurable, so just measure yourself daily once a day may it be in the morning or at night… keep a measurement of your weight…
and lastly, make your diet plan and exercise enjoyable otherwise, you will not continue with your diet plan…

haha..it’s ok my diet failed too. i tried eating healthy and going to the gym but instead all i got was pizza and heavy sandwiches, no gym and sitting at a desk the whole day. -_-

I think meanwhile you can go get a DIY hairdye? There are a few good brands out there and they seem quite user friendly!
Hi suet! Just some info for u: fresh juice like those u made aren’t supposed to be left for hours like dat. It’s best to drink it within 30mins after u make it. If u keep it for long, it will be rosak

Or if u want, maybe u can try to bring some salad or sandwich to work, and some fruits too. The salad/sandwich will be ur lunch, n the fruit will be ur snack at around 3 or 4 pm.I did that for awhile last time n it worked
I lost 4 kg in 3 weeks,am doing it slowly because i don’t want it to end up as yoyo-diet.
i swim for 1km everyday,haha,i am lazy and busy so i can only swim for 30mins everyday.
for one of my meal,if the protein for the day is fish,i usually stif fry it with little olive oil and lotsa vege(really little…maybe not even one table spoon).If it is chicken,i’ll cook it in soup with lotsa vege again.If it’s canned tuna,it’ll be salad without any dressing…
For the vege selection i actually ensure i have different colors in it.i have purple cabbage,tomato,carrot,lantern pepper and the other thing…sang choi?(hahaha,i don’t know what it’s called in english :S)
the other meal would be milo+oats…i am too lazy to cook two times a day…
usually for breakfast..ahmm,somtimes it’s yakult+apple+banana,if not i’ll buy milk and bun or scone from the cafeteria…
it can be very boring after doign it for days,so i reward myself with outside meal..and of course…i share with other people,to ensure i don’t eat too much!
hahaha..actually i haven’t been doing this for more than a week,because i injured myself so i couldn’t swim anymore…well,i will start swimming again this week soon,and go back to my diet since last week i had so many outings…oh goshhhh food is good…i love eating too….

Perhaps u can try cereal bar? I have that for lunch. breakfast and dinner eat normal but less rice. eat more dishes. i think within 1 week or so from size M became size S d. didn’t lose weight but lose fat ^^ after losing the fats now can eat like normal but have to control not to take too much carbo

haha, of coz not one spoon of rice! hmm.. maybe 5 to 7 spoons? hehe, and jz a bit of vege and meat ( i prefer fish ^^) usually you’ll feel full after that. but in one or two hours you’ll be hungry again, but i TAHAN until the next meal, so when i eat that little portion, i will still feel full. i dunno if this is healthy, but it worth a try i guess. hahahahaa~
